Where are you based?

We are based in the HairNI salon on the Kings Road in Belfast. We operate a hairdressing salon- you can book appointments here

Can I buy from your salon?

Of course, we stock the full range of products online - you can pick something up when in getting your hair done or pop in if nearby (the salon is not open everyday so best to contact us first or check our opening hours)

What products do you stock?

We are very selective about the products we use in the salon and won't sell products we don't use or don't trust. We use and sell products by Kemon- they are a family business based in Italy that are committed to sustainable production and cutting edge science and technology. Their products are some of the best we have worked with and highly recommend them.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working day and UK orders should be delivered within 5 workings days. 

Can I get a refund?

Yes refunds are available, check out our shipping page for details.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your item was delivered or received damaged please notify us within 24 hours so that we can look into it. It would help us out if you could take 1 or 2 photos of the issue and email it to us along with the order number and a quick description of the issue. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possibly once we have determined the issue. Please note we may you to send us back the damaged goods.
