Shipping Methods

Shipping will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. For orders within the UK, this should be with you within 5 working days- hopefully less. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. For international orders, delivery could take up to 14 days and sometime orders can be held up at customs, unfortunately in that case it is out of our control. 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are no problem as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the item is unused and in it's original packaging. Simply send the item back, ensuring it is safely packaged and also include your name and order number with a quick note of explanation. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will then make a refund into your account.
